Our costs cover all of the work required to complete the purchase or sale of your home, including dealing with Registration of ownership at the Land Registry and the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (Stamp Duty).
Our basic fees for a house sale or purchase (our fees to you but not including third party charges or “disbursements”) are calculated on the value of the property. VAT is added to all price shown:

Disbursements
These are sums which have to be paid to third parties and can include search fees, Land Registry fees, stamp duty land tax etc. We handle these payments on your behalf and these sums are paid in addition to our fees as stated above. Further information will be provided if you ask us for a quote.
Transactions which do not complete
If your transaction does not finish for whatever reason, we will charge a proportion of the fee depending upon the stage that the transaction has reached.
