CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC
During lockdown, currently due to continue until 2nd December 2020, it has been necessary for us to close our offices to visitors but we will remain contactable by telephone and email. This may mean that it takes longer for the telephone to be answered and if you are unable to connect please do call back.
Apart from when there is a lockdown in effect, during Covid-19 crisis we intend to keep our offices open for visits by appointment, but may make temporary closures without advance notice. We will of course keep the situation under review in light of future Government or Local Authority guidance and regulations, and our own assessment of risk to our ourselves and clients. We would encourage clients to contact us by telephone or email in preference to face to face meetings wherever possible.
Although our telephone lines will continue to operate, we would ask all those who wish to contact us, to do so by email if at all possible. Please include a contact telephone number and we will then be able to call you back. Where a signed document has to be returned to us, this can be posted to us as usual or put through our door. We will continue to accept and carry out instructions in relation to property transactions, Wills and probate related work etc., but will advise clients if any changes to timescales for completion of work.
From Monday 23rd November 2020 we are closing our office at 40 Upper George Street Luton but, subject to lockdown regulations, will continue to see clients by prior appointment at Innovation Centre and Business Base, 110 Butterfield, Great Marlings, Luton LU2 8DL. Our telephone number is unchanged and our Berkhamsted office remains the same.
