“HIPS” - Home Information Packs

You may well have heard about these new Packs. Anyone selling a residential property is now required to obtain a HIP before putting the house on the market for sale.

Austins LLP can obtain a HIP for you to enable you to sell your house, as an integral part of our conveyancing services. A number of companies offer HIPS, but Austins use The Law Society’s own HIP system.

The Home Information Pack contains a large amount of complex, legal content. It's vital that this information is prepared quickly in order to get the property on to the market, and it's just as vital that the information is accurate, prepared by a properly qualified provider.

Work with a solicitor that uses the Law Society online HIP, and you'll be working with a qualified, regulated provider and a flexible, reliable pack solution, designed to meet the needs of home owners and estate agents.
